This project already had an open concept, but needed a makeover. We changed the island layout by enlarging it for added storage and added pendant lights. We then installed 48″ sage cabinets as well as a large pantry style, backsplash, quartz counters with thin gray veining, white appliances and multi colored wood flooring. We also custom made a spacious banquette along the windows. Our customers were completely thrilled and delighted with the finished project.

This condo kitchen was refaced 25 years ago and was ready for a new look. After cabinets and floor demo we removed a partial wall to open the kitchen up to the dining room. The new cabinetry, lighting and flooring along with granite countertops, and subway tile backsplash turned this kitchen into a great friendly entertainment area fully connected to the living and dining rooms.

Kitchen Omeara

This project was designed to be versatile using white shaker cabinets and a porcelain plank floor as a palette to show off the gorgeous blue glass tile on back splash. Veining of blue in gray floor combine with backsplash and allow for the introduction of bold colors in canisters, towels and accessories.

Before removing this wall keeping the kitchen feeling cramped and dark we let the kids work on their “Wall Art”. Demo of this kitchen wall opened up sight lines for entire floor. Additional kitchen updates along with granite tops provided a great new feel with bar stool seating. The adults love it, and so do the kids!

Previously, there was a green wall that separated the kitchen and living area. We opened it up to relocate the refrigerator and built a custom breakfast nook. With the wall removed, new white cabinets, glass backsplash, quartz countertops and a butcher-block island we created an open air concept for this home.

We began this project by demolishing partial partition wall to include dining room with kitchen. Following this we redesigned placement of cabinets and appliances. All walls were rebuilt and necessary HVAC, electric and gas lines were relocated to accommodate new layout. Gray base and 42” wall cabinets created a subtle aura and an abundance of storage including built in bench seating. All new LED lighting and brick style glass backsplash added to the beauty of this new spacious living space.

This was a truly international kitchen project. The all custom base, wall and island cabinets were all built in Germany, the fabricated marble counter tops are from Italy and the oven/range is a French La Cornue. We gutted the original kitchen to expand space and created a pass through to the family room for better sight lines and socializing. The range hood and tile work were added as part of the general blueprint of traditional elegance. The final result, a space that is both a cook’s and host’s dream kitchen.

Kitchen Gates

We began this kitchen by removing a large post the builder had placed directly in view between kitchen and dining room/foyer. Eliminating this eyesore that housed HVAC, plumbing and electrical lines along with a new layout allowed Samanco to open the kitchen up, add a great storage pantry and relocate fridge for more work space. Using gray base cabinets and white wall cabinets made for a great contrast. Lighting was changed to include programmable LEDs, under cabinet lighting; custom backlit upper wall cabinets and hanging pendant lights helped transform the open feel of the room. Extended island overhang allows for additional seating and a conversation friendly atmosphere.

The photos in this next project show what a difference can be made by opening up a wall to expand your kitchen and social area. After initial demo and dining room/kitchen wall removal the fun begins. All necessary venting, gas and electric lines were rerouted and secured followed by new lighting throughout. Cabinets were redesigned and installed with all the helpful extras (soft touch closers, lazy susans, roll out storage, peninsula 2 side storage and LED lighting). Granite countertops were installed with an additional peninsula overhang for bar stool seating. All stainless steel backsplash was installed throughout backsplash. Hi definition wiring and plasma flat screen were installed for the kids viewing (and maybe Dad’s football games). All appliances including 6 burner commercial range and oven made this a cook‘s delight.

Kitchen Pacansky 2

This kitchen was dated and closed in with dark cabinetry and dim lighting before our complete re-do. Super clean lines and white cabinetry began this transformation. Dimmable recessed LED can lighting augmented by under cabinet accent lighting helped create a bright airy workplace. After installing a custom glass chevron tile backsplash we used Carrera countertops for cabinets and island. All stainless steel appliances including wine fridge finished this project in style.
