From ordinary to extraordinary! This full staircase and hall makeover was designed for pure elegance. The project included stripping everything down to the original condition and creating a classic. The space features all custom trim, hidden closet space, spectacular carpeting and designer inspired painting.

This bright kitchen corner was in need of seating and storage space. We custom built the benches to the new kitchen table specifications. The floor duct work was incorporated into the benches along with hidden electrical outlets and plenty of storage space.

When your little girls is a princess what do you do? You build her a princess room! This throne/sitting area was built to royal specifications. Remote control blinds, fun lighting and always needed storage space were the perfect mix for a special girl (and her parents too).

This wasted, unheated space at the back door was a challenge for boots, coats and kids everything storage. We began with new lighting and radiant heat floor. New tile and custom trim work along with seating, boot storage and removable baskets helped this mudroom become the perfect buffer to the great outdoors.

As the first photo shows this area was dead space with no privacy or view. The deck and add ons made for a very nice use of the space. (The flowering tree helped the ambience when our customers held their wedding on the deck a week after it was built).

Our customer wanted a fully functional outdoor kitchen area. We began by running all necessary gas and electric lines and building additional flooring support. Next we framed the entire project out and installed custom exterior California stone for beauty and safety. We then installed granite countertops and oversized backsplash. Finally we installed the commercial grade built-in grill with rotisserie, stainless slide out refuse area and additional storage doors.

This playroom was originally a laundry room and entrance from garage. The transformation needed to include plenty of wall storage space while allowing room for the play area. Custom cabinets and shelving were built in addition to the new closet. The garage entrance door area was incorporated to act as mudroom using stone flooring separate from the main room carpeting. This area was also built to include a bench for children and adults, shoe storage space, wall coat hooks and additional shelving.
