Carpentry Ghadimi

The space in this house had small windows and poor lighting. We removed the old windows on the back wall and replaced them with a large custom made picture window, along with recessed ceiling lights. This change really brightens up this area.

Outdoor Stanislaw

On this project our customer had a ordinary fence and gate and wanted to change it up. We designed a pergola with a matching gate and a trellis for her plants.

Outdoor Kennedy

Our customers had a small porch and wanted a deck they could entertain on, so we built this large two level deck with bench seating on lower level. We also designed the deck with two sets of stair for easy access from either side.

Outdoor Cordes

For this project you’ll see in the later pictures the fence was in bad shape, the deck had a sizable gap and the upper portion was poorly designed with a roof overhang. After a complete demolition we rebuilt and expanded the deck with a composite wood. We utilized the yard better by extending the lower deck and with the overhang gone on the upper deck it really opened it. The upper deck now has storage underneath and is concealed with matching lattice. We installed a new fences and it will be stained to match the deck once the fence is seasoned.

Bathroom Williams

As you can see this bathroom was out dated, poorly configured and in need of help….so what did we do, we redesigned the entire layout. Where there once was an old sunken-in tub and window we replaced it with a 96″ double basin vanity with plenty of storage, white framed mirrors, accent lighting and white and gray quartz countertops. The original dark shower and odd vanity area is now an oversized stepless shower with a pivot (swings in or out) glass door. We installed large gray tiles along with mosaic accent tiles around the shower walls and in both niche’s. In the same area of the bathroom we added a custom made extra tall recessed pantry for ample storage. This spacious gray and white bathroom turned out to be exactly what our client was hoping for!

Bathroom Unsinn

As you can see this bathroom needed some updating and it no longer needed a tub. By removing it and building a glass shower with bench and niche, along with new tile, modernizing the vanity to a white shaker style, quartz countertop, tri-view mirror and lighting this space is now much brighter now.

Bathroom Girish

In this bathroom project our clients wanted an oversized walk-in shower, so we custom built a shower, including two large niche’s. Next we installed large tiles up to the ceiling and mosaic tile for the shower base. With this shower being so spacious we were able to incorporate his and her separate shower controls with hand held sprayers. Glass doors were designed as stationary doors with ample opening in the middle, the two niche’s have glass shelves, matching mosaic tile and quartz. We carried the His & Her idea over to the vanity area with a double basin 72″ gray shaker cabinet, clean white quartz countertop, two full mirrors and floating shelfing above the toilet. What a great bathroom!

Bathroom Craven

As you can see this bathroom needed some updating; before we did the work it was a small, dark outdated shower area. By removing the wall and creating an all glass space we cohesively brought together the vanity, the tub, and shower all in one brighter look. Simply by reimagining the space and modernizing the tile, we made a more appealing and more importantly a more functional bathroom.

Kitchen Hupp

This project already had an open concept, but needed a makeover. We changed the island layout by enlarging it for added storage and added pendant lights. We then installed 48″ sage cabinets as well as a large pantry style, backsplash, quartz counters with thin gray veining, white appliances and multi colored wood flooring. We also custom made a spacious banquette along the windows. Our customers were completely thrilled and delighted with the finished project.
