Outdoor Thomas

On this project our customer had rooftop deck, but wanted to add a bar and grill.  As you can see we created this section with a prep area, built-in grill, refrigerator and sink, we used a darker quartz that looks great and is easy to clean. We included a pergola with lighting and added TV to finish it off.

Outdoor Kennedy

Our customers had a small porch and wanted a deck they could entertain on, so we built this large two level deck with bench seating on lower level. We also designed the deck with two sets of stair for easy access from either side.

Outdoor Cordes

For this project you’ll see in the later pictures the fence was in bad shape, the deck had a sizable gap and the upper portion was poorly designed with a roof overhang. After a complete demolition we rebuilt and expanded the deck with a composite wood. We utilized the yard better by extending the lower deck and with the overhang gone on the upper deck it really opened it. The upper deck now has storage underneath and is concealed with matching lattice. We installed a new fences and it will be stained to match the deck once the fence is seasoned.

The rounded stairs we used on this small front porch are a nice way to change the lines of the entranceway; the rail was also designed to the customer‘s ideas.

Outdoor Hathcock

As the first photo shows this area was dead space with no privacy or view. The deck and add ons made for a very nice use of the space. (The flowering tree helped the ambience when our customers held their wedding on the deck a week after it was built).

Outdoor Nations

Our customer wanted a fully functional outdoor kitchen area. We began by running all necessary gas and electric lines and building additional flooring support. Next we framed the entire project out and installed custom exterior California stone for beauty and safety. We then installed granite countertops and oversized backsplash. Finally we installed the commercial grade built-in grill with rotisserie, stainless slide out refuse area and additional storage doors.

Cedar materials were used throughout this complete deck. The stair angles can help with the transition from the upper to the lower area and avoid the “pallet” look that you can wind up with in the smaller deck.
