Bathroom Heine

This master bathroom designed with a navy, gray, white and gold color scheme is stunning. It starts with a blue custom made double sink vanity, a blue and white patterned floor that leads you to the freestanding tub and tub filler. Above the tub they choose a unique glass chandelier. Next the shower area where we used a navy subway tile arranged in a Herringbone design, including a large niche and sliding glass doors. For the floating shower bench, the shower curb, niche shelf and vanity top were all custom made with matching quartz and gold faucets and accessories.

Bathroom Meginnes

In this bathroom renovation we designed a large walk in shower with an oversized niche that matches the shower floor tile. In the tub area we put a freestanding soaker tub and floor mounted filler. We also built a three quartered wall using the large white tiles from the shower along with a gray quartz top. The vanity is a custom made white cabinet plus a double basin sink with the same gray quartz. Here you have plenty of room for two people.

Outdoor Thomas

On this project our customer had rooftop deck, but wanted to add a bar and grill.  As you can see we created this section with a prep area, built-in grill, refrigerator and sink, we used a darker quartz that looks great and is easy to clean. We included a pergola with lighting and added TV to finish it off.

Bathroom Jackson

This bathroom had a old built in jacuzzi tub that our customer wanted to eliminate completely along with a small dark shower at the opposite end. To update this space we created a nice size walk in shower with a glass wall and no door, used a classic white subway wall tile and a black white and gray penny tile for the shower floor. For the main floor we installed large slate tiles the direction of the shower to give this space a roomy feel. A white double basin vanity including matching subway tile for the backsplash, framed mirror, accent light along with recessed can light and white trim really transformed this bathroom.

Bathroom Omeara

There are no before pictures but the bathroom previously had a small old tub, pink and black tile, poor lighting and a wood window. After a complete demo we installed a large glass block window to let the natural light in. The custom shower now has white vertical tile, gray and white hexagon shower floor, a custom made bench where white quartz was used for the seat, curb and windowsill, a glass door, toilet, pedestal sink and a tri-view mirrored medicine cabinet. This bathroom now has a new bright feel to it.

Kitchen Hathcock

In this project the kitchen was tight and not very functional, so we opened up the area by eliminating the peninsula and adding an island with seating. We choose sage colored cabinets that go to the ceiling for maximum storage, island storage and a wine cabinet next to the pantry cabinet. We made custom quartz countertops and classic whit sub way tile for the backsplash. By installing recessed can lighting, adding a garden window and skylight this kitchen is now nice and bright with naturel daylight.

Kitchen Rooks

This was an older home in Chicago and the owners wanted an updated kitchen with more storage. We went with beautiful navy thirty-six inch & nine inch cabinets with glass doors to give more storage, the gold hardware that was chosen for the cabinetry really brings out the elegance to the navy color. Custom quartz countertops, white hexagon backsplash tile and recessed lighting pulls everything together.
